Descripción
- Record minutes during monthly meetings & distribute (via email) to all active LVICO volunteers within 10 days of monthly meeting
- Maintain historical record of meeting attendance, member roster, other organization materials, including minuted
- Ensure that LVICO correspondence & fundraising thank you letters are written & forwarded to the Chair for edits & distribution
