We’re seeking a Social Media Specialist who is passionate about Jesus, fluent in digital culture, and energized by the potential of AI-enhanced creativity. You’ll design and deploy content that resonates with both young people and mentors—sparking curiosity, deepening faith, and mobilizing action.

You’ll use platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and collaborate with Christian influencers to build a vibrant, multi-generational online community.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

🎨 Create Scroll-Stopping Content

• • Design reels, stories, carousels, and videos that blend biblical truth with modern storytelling—using metaphors, cliffhangers, power words, and AI-assisted visuals.
  • Use humor, heart, and hope to connect with Gen Z, Millennials, and Boomers.
  • Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic, Adobe Firefly) to enhance ideation, scripting, and design.

📱 Manage Multi-Platform Presence

• • Use analytics tools (Meta Suite, TikTok Insights, etc.) to track performance.
  • A/B test formats, headlines, and CTAs to improve reach and conversions.
  • Stay ahead of trends in Christian content, digital ministry, and social media culture—including AI and emerging tech.
