JERSEYSTEM is a grassroots 501(c) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math ("STEM") education to pre-teen and teenage girls and underserved children in New Jersey.

Excited to partner and work with top universities in New Jersey? We are looking for enthusiastic University Relations - Regional Coordinators to join the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Manages relationships with key academic and staffing contacts at approximately 5 schools.
• Tailor supplied boilerplate documents, emails, templated presentations, and other marketing materials for the individual school contacts.
• Report on a weekly basis the various activities happening at their schools that might interest managers and in meeting partnership metrics.
• Identify student-run or school-sponsored clubs/organizations, professional development chapters, advisory boards, academic departments, or other college/university-wide influencers that align with JerseySTEM’s mission.
• This role reports to the Area Manager.
