Office Assistant for Portland Red Cross Blood Donation Center

Clerical support needed at the Portland Red Cross Blood Donation Center. Responsibilities include:

• Perform general office administrative functions
• Draft and audit letters, memos, reports, labels, data entry, etc.
• Answer phones and emails, take messages, greet and direct customers
• Assist in scheduling, booking, and communicating
• File, photocopy, collate, and fax
• Prepare and distribute packets and mailings
• Maintain excellent organization and presentation of work area
• May supervise groups or individual clerical volunteer
• Ability to sort and distribute incoming as well as outgoing mail and packages
• Ordering and stocking office supplies
