The Special Needs Planning Conference & Resource Fair 2025 is an event dedicated to empowering parents and caregivers with the knowledge, tools, and connections they need to plan for their loved ones’ futures. To make this event welcoming and smooth for all attendees, we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team.

Volunteer Roles

⭐ Event Guides (10 volunteers needed)

Help attendees find their way! As an Event Guide, you’ll be stationed throughout the venue to greet guests, answer questions, and direct families to workshops, sessions, and exhibitor areas. A warm smile and helpful spirit will go a long way in creating a positive experience.

⭐ Check-In Desk (10 volunteers needed)

Be the first friendly face attendees see. Volunteers at the Check-In Desk will assist with registration, distribute event materials, and provide general information. If you’re organized and enjoy welcoming people, this is the perfect role for you.

⭐ Event Media Team (2 volunteers needed)

Help us capture the moments that matter! As part of the Event Media Team, you’ll take photos and short video clips throughout the day to showcase the conference experience—speakers, resource fair, families, and behind-the-scenes highlights.
