    Woodinville Farmers Market

    Hello,

We need your help at The Woodinville Farmers Market!

It is with a lot of volunteer support that markets are able to happen. If you are able to offer just 2.5 hours or are interested in a full day, one time or a more consistent commitment, we would love to hear from you. Every little bit helps.

We are looking forward to an exciting year filled with many returning and new vendors, a weekly kids program, and other fun entertainment. Our summer market is held in the Schoolhouse District in Downtown Woodinville every Saturday, 10am-2pm from May-September, rain or shine. We appreciate all of the time that our volunteers donate to help our community thrive. We couldn't do it without you, THANK YOU.

Volunteer shifts will be as follows:

You may sign up for 1-4 shifts per day

    • We accept volunteers 14 and over without a chaperone and volunteers under 14 with a parent or legal guardian.

    AM labor shift:

    8am -10:30am is setup crew

Helping to set up market canopies and weights, helping to set up information booth tables and display. Setting up the music tent and/or kids tent, and walking to set out market signs. Possibly also helping vendors to unload and cart products.

    Information Booth shift:

    9:30am-12pm OR 12pm-2:30pm

Answering customer questions, counting all customers in the market and recording every half hour.

    Kids Booth shift:

    9:30am-12pm OR 12pm-2:30pm

Tasks might include talking to kids about how yummy vegetables are, helping kids with activity pages, and having fun!

    PM labor shift:

    1:30pm -4pm is takedown crew

Packing away market canopies, information booth, music tent and kids booth, as well as collecting market signs.

    Thursday Sign Placement:

Please help us set out signs around town on Thursday to remind our community to visit us!

    Sunday Sign Pickup:

Picking up our signs around town that are permitted Thursday-Sunday by the city. It would be wonderful to find someone who could set out and pick up weekly.
