About the Role
Are you passionate about storytelling, graphic design, and community empowerment? AALR is looking for a creative and organized volunteer to help us elevate our digital footprint! In this role, you will help us showcase our global initiatives, multi-year youth programming, mentorship initiatives, and community impact. Instead of starting from scratch, you will dive into our past programs, success stories, and photo archives to design graphics.
What We’re Looking For
- Basic experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong storytelling skills: ability to turn past event notes into short, punchy, inspiring captions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable, with an appreciation for low-key, flexible time commitments.
