The Opportunity

As our volunteer HR Director, you'll architect the human backbone that powers our programs, fundraising initiatives, and communication platforms. You'll collaborate with our leadership team to transform how we deliver value to women entrepreneurs at the start of their journey.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive people strategy aligned with organizational goals, defining processes from recruitment and onboarding to volunteer placement and retention/motivation

Build and support a volunteer people team, attract and retain talent

Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Programs, Partnerships, and other teams

Qualifications

3+ years in HR leadership

Experience volunteering or working for non profit organizations

Experience across the “Hire to Retire” spectrum; Talent Acquisition & Retention, and Team Engagement

Ability to lead groups and be decisive

Time management and ability to work with shared timelines

Passion for women's entrepreneurship and social impact

Time commitment: 8-16 hrs per week for the first 2-3m and 5-10 hrs per week thereafter
