Role Summary
We’re seeking a detail‑oriented volunteer to review our existing policy/procedure documents, separate them into distinct policies and procedures, and ensure each is clear, compliant, and easy to use. Policies should be written at a higher level with source requirements cited; procedures should be simplified into step‑by‑step instructions staff can follow with confidence.
Key Tasks
- Review current merged policy/procedure documents by topic
- Separate content into two distinct documents:
- Policy: high‑level intent, scope, and source requirements
- Procedure: clear, step‑by‑step operational guidance
- Rewrite or refine content for clarity, compliance, and usability
- Ensure all policies cite relevant laws, regulations, or standards
- Recommend formatting and structure for consistency across documents
