Find out just how rewarding it can be to help an individual or family through a life crisis. Help Now! Advocacy has created the first-ever national advocacy hotline. We speak up, on a case-by-case basis, for those who lack the resources to do so for themselves helping our clients through what in many cases are life crisis emergencies. Our advocacy volunteers and intake volunteers are trained in the necessary technique to assist clients successfully. Volunteers are also needed in operations to assist with many facets of our infrastructure. Anyone assisting Help Now! will find the work we do to be stimulating, challenging, and very rewarding. Over our 22-year existence, we have assisted nearly 13,000 individuals and families . You will be able to work from home at the hours you wish to work and do so from anywhere in the United States Our hotline has been in place and operational since 9/30/20, and we are growing. YOU MUST LIVE IN THE U.S.

If you wish to assist in our advocacy work, we are looking primarily for those with prior problem-solving and/or conflict resolution experience assisting others including attorneys, mediators, and others who might have this type of experience. If you are generally good at problem-solving and speaking up for yourself or for others when needed with an appropriate (non-aggressive) tone, this work can be very rewarding for you, and we will train you. Student interns should not apply as our training takes sufficient time and resources that we need someone prepared to make a longer-term commitment.
