Futurist Mothers of Nepal is a Self Sustainable Social Enterprise emerged to solve the Root Problems of our Nation considering Futurist Mothers as the Focal Person for the Change initiative. According to Mahatma Gandhi, “If you educate a man you educate an individual, but if you educate a woman you educate an entire family.”

Mothers are the carriers of Genetic Characters, Producers, Rearers, and Developers of the Upcoming Future of the Nation i.e Children. Reap what you sow which means present actions inevitably shape future consequences. Financial Freedom, Self Sustainable, Independence, Employability Skills Generation, Physical Health, Social Health, Psychological Health, etc before Motherhood are governing factors. Nature has given extra Power to Women (Mothers) together with a Sincere & Serious Natural Responsibility. A Futurist Mother is like a जननी ( माटो ) Soil. Scientifically, Soil means the best fertile material in which the best seeds get yielded into the best crops & quality Seeds again & the same Quality Seeds are responsible for the best quality offspring. Skilled, Empowered, Intellectual, Empathetic, Intuitive,Creative, Passionate, Life-long Learner, Good Listener, Persuasive, Responsible and Kind, Leader, Honest and Integrity, Courageous, Self-Aware, Wholehearted personal leads to the mitigation of existing problems of the Nation . Generally Job seeker Mindset, Youth Enjoying in the Comfort zone, Brain Drain and Graduates Migration to abroad in search of Freedom, All type of Poverty i.e Lack of Physical asset, Biological property, Intellectual property and lack of resource capitalization Skill, Unemployment in Graduates due to lack of Skills, Hunger, Political Instability, Corruption, Gender Discrimination, Volilence, Crime, Narrow Minded Thought, Depression, Demotivation from Parents towards Enterprenual and Job Creation, etc.are the fatal problems of Nation which are created due to wrong Teaching Learning Methodology applied by School , Collage , University and Student themselves. Thus , Futurist Mothers of Nepal (FMN) Main goal is to prepare such Futurist Mothers who were Physically Fit , Mentally Sound , Emotionally Strong ,Socially Well being and have own income generating skill /or Entrepreneur, Independent , Dynamic and sound knowledge on the diverse field and can decide about her carrier, Learning Methodology, Marriage, Family Planning, Pregnancy, Rearing environment for her Child and Cooperate for providing Good Natural, Organic environment, Practical and Sustainable Skills and Knowledge to her Offspring who can decide to lead the path of her Mother and Can help in solving a list of problems from Foundation.

Futurist Mothers of Nepal ( FMN) is under CSR of SAF Tech , SAF IT , Eco Homestay Nepal which main moto is Empowering Futurist Mother for being Prepared before Motherhood phase with gaining Financial Freedom , Independence and Employability Skill and engaging in entrepreneurship too. Serious problems during this period are due to the Gap in Methodology applied in Teaching and Learning ,Market demand and Supply, Degree and Skill,etc. Thus FMN come here for solving the problem from root causes i.e before in the womb,while in the womb, outside of womb and from the Naturally gifted Teacher , best Learning environment provider , Producer, Developer ,Guider, Designer ,Future Planner, andany word are not enough to describe the role played by Mother For their Offspring . Thus to decide any Mother freely , they need be prepared Financially Independent, Self- Sustainable , Empowered, Skilled ,etc .Thus For the Preparedness of Better Nation were stepping as baby step toward Preparedness of Futurist Mother , who will be such Mother who have full freedom to design the path of their offspring who are responsible toward to Mother and Motherland .In partnership with SAF Tech, SAF IT, Eco Homestay Nepal different type of basic skill will be provided Team of Futurist Mothers and work in Peer to Peer approach for encouraging ,empowering Futurist Mother.

Notes: All Volunteers interested to help Nepalese Youth Women by providing soft skill ,can apply for this Volunteering Opportunity . Volunteers can get different facility and chances of experiencing Nepalese culture , Beauty and Get chances to know situation of Nepalese girls in Economic ,Social manner. Volunteers get following services and facility. Do not get demotivated by fee required during volunteering as , your volunteering fee is used purely for providing skill and seed money for entrepreneur startuo for futurist mothers .

Responsibilities - The main responsibility shall be collaborating with our Local Youths, farmers, women groups, Entrepreneur's, and actively participate in the projects and Programs. Any of your skills can be of most value.

Qualification - Any level of Degree or Education is fine, but the Volunteers should have interest and desire to learn and teach in a Teamwork

Job Description - An online Orientation shall be provided through which we will be able to explain to you the specific job description. Please do not worry ! As we believe in Learning by doing & Learning by making Mistakes as well as Learning by Sharing.

Fresher & Learners ! - If you are highly self-motivated with will power to take the challenge and learning by making mistakes and Learning by Doing then you can choose our Volunteer or Internship option for any role of your interest. Working Hours - This position requires flexible working hours so no hard rules apply. This is team work too so everyone shall have to remain happy with flexible and extra working hours and consider the work not as the work but Work as the Fun !

Program Fee / Trekking - Tour cost /Terms

Accommodation - We have our own and & our Members Family Farmers Homestay Houses almost in every Part of Nepal with Nepalese Normal single bedroom with clean blanket , bed sheet , pillow , mattress , common bathroom with shower ,Wi Fi internet , Electricity. If you need more Luxurious than this you have freedom to add but with your own money.

Food -

1 Tea & breakfast - Organic Green Tea /black tea and fresh Milk tea with Nepalese typical breakfast such as boiled egg potatoes ,bread chapati Bread ,chiura ,soup

2.Lunch - Daal bhat sabji - Veg and Non Veg Lunch shall be provided with Nepalese typical food

3.Dinner - Nepalese typical daal bhat ( Lentil Soup & Steam Rice )with veg or non veg shall be provided. If you need more than this you have full freedom to buy on your own

Visa & Others - Visa and others are your own responsibility .We shall assist you with the documentation and processing wherever needed

Arrival and Orientation

Orientation begins on the morning of next day your arrival and covers everything you need to know for your volunteer program in Nepal – an introduction to Nepal, Nepalese customs, language training details, rules and expectations, safety, travel opportunities in Nepal, and an introduction to your project and placement. The orientation will also give you a chance to visit local temples, sample authentic Nepali food, meet other volunteers and swap contact details for weekend travel and socializing. The program may vary depending on your time of arrival. We will manage to include all below mentioned activities in you introduction program.

• Arrival and introduction host family

• Survival Nepali lessons and cultural discussion

• Local amenities and sightseeing and project start
