10-15 hours per week. Be available for the weekly team meetings on Tuesdays, 1pm to 2pm Pacific Standard Time.

Descripción
Purpose:
Design and support inclusive HR and people experience workflows that promote belonging, psychological safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-design inclusive recruitment and onboarding workflows.
- Provide HR guidance on team challenges and interpersonal dynamics.
- Support interview processes and help create candidate evaluation tools (e.g., BARS).
- Advise on equitable practices, cultural awareness, and volunteer support needs.
- Partner with the Founding Director on sensitive HR matters.
Skills & Strengths:
- Empathy, active listening, and fairness.
- Strong HR knowledge and people-centered decision-making.
Qualifications:
- HR coursework, certification, or experience preferred.
- Understanding of equitable hiring, communication, and conflict awareness.
Time Commitment: 10 -15 hours weekly
Reports To: Founding Director (Kai)
