Comfort volunteers - with the help of comfort volunteers, patients benefit in numerous ways. There are many activities they can do with a patient, along with just being a positive presence in each patients life. There are many ways to make a difference in a patient's life by playing music, reading, writing letters, play cards, hold patients hand or simply just listen to the patient.
