We’re looking for an Impact Story Architect to shape how our work is seen, understood, and supported. This is not just a content role. You will turn our impact into stories that attract attention, build trust, and unlock funding.
You will:
- Create and publish content across LinkedIn and Instagram (minimum two posts per month, including one strong article).
- Lead the storytelling behind our quarterly reports.
- Translate our work into clear, compelling narratives that funders understand and care about.
- Identify and reach out to potential partners, donors, and funders.
- Support relationship-building by crafting thoughtful messages, updates, and follow-ups.
- Continuously test new storytelling formats and approaches to see what drives engagement and interest.
This role is for someone who:
- Writes clearly, simply, and powerfully, never corporate or boring.
- Understands that good storytelling can unlock funding and partnerships.
- Is confident reaching out to new people and starting meaningful conversations.
- Is proactive, you don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen.
- Thinks both creatively and strategically.
- Is deeply connected to our mission: food systems, nutrition, climate-smart farming, and impact for rural women and youth.
You should care about why we exist, not just what we post.
