Hospice patients often face isolation and emotional challenges.
The warmth of a friendly volunteer-and the snuggles of a four-legged visitor-can brighten their entire week!
What Your Pet & HumanTeam Will Do:
- Visit hospice patients together
- Offer gentle companionship and emotional support
- Create moments of joy, connection, and calm
We are looking for:
- A well-behaved pet who has successfully completed training and evaluation with an accredited organization such as Pet Partners
- Compassionate hearts
- Reliable commitment
