4Saints & Friends hosts the Tarrant Area Food Bank (TAFB) Mobile Pantry - a drive-thru grocery distribution designed to feed 200 families - on the fourth Saturday of each month. Items at the Saturday distributions vary widely based on TAFB inventory, but often include fresh produce, canned goods, milk, rice or noodles, and other things.
Date: Saturday, September 27
Time: 9:15am to 1:15pm
Location: 2529 Mt. View Ave., Fort Worth, TX 76103
Volunteers Needed: 10
Volunteer Duties: Assist with event set up, sort items for distribution and assist with loading vehicles.
This is a family friendly opportunity and children 10 and older can volunteer with a parent or guardian. This will be an outdoor event so please dress accordingly, and closed toe shoes are required. Snacks will be provided for volunteers!
