Session Support Volunteer

Treasure Our Daughters Academy (TODAY) is seeking dependable and enthusiastic Session Support Volunteers to provide hands-on assistance during our in-person program sessions and special events.

This is a flexible opportunity for individuals who want to support our mission but may not be able to commit to an ongoing volunteer position. Volunteer for one session or several throughout our August–April program year based on your availability.

What You’ll Do

Session Support Volunteers will be assigned roles based on the needs of each session. Responsibilities may include:

• Assist with session setup and breakdown.
• Welcome participants and assist with check-in.
• Help organize and distribute program materials.
• Assist with food setup and distribution.
• Support facilitators and program leaders with activities.
• Help direct participants and maintain an organized session environment.
• Assist with supplies, handouts, and other session needs.
• Provide general support wherever an extra set of hands is needed.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is

Dependable, friendly, flexible, patient, and willing to help where needed. Volunteers should enjoy working in a team environment and be committed to creating a positive and welcoming experience for our girls and families.

No specialized professional experience is required.

Commitment

Flexible | August–April

There is no requirement to attend every session. Volunteers may select sessions based on their availability.

Most volunteer shifts will be approximately 3-4 hours, depending on the session or event.

Once scheduled for a session, we ask volunteers to honor their commitment or provide as much advance notice as possible if their availability changes.

Selected volunteers will receive additional information about upcoming opportunities and can indicate which sessions fit their schedules.
