Volunteer at PCOS/PMOS Awareness Symposium 2026 - Boston
PCOS Challenge: The National Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Association is seeking 10 volunteers for the PCOS/PMOS Awareness Symposium on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center, 77 Avenue Louis Pasteur, Boston, MA 02115.
The symposium brings together patients, healthcare professionals, researchers, policymakers and patient advocates to advance education, improve access to care and address priorities identified by people affected by polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Volunteers make this day of education and connection possible, enabling attendees to participate in sessions and access information and resources that can improve their health and daily lives.
VOLUNTEER DUTIES
- Event setup and breakdown
- Participant check-in
- Directing attendees to sessions and event areas
- Room facilitation and timekeeping
- Distributing boxed lunches
VOLUNTEER SHIFTS AVAILABLE
- Main Symposium, Full Day: 7:15 AM–6:00 PM
- Main Symposium, Morning: 7:15 AM–12:30 PM
- Main Symposium, Afternoon: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
- Adolescent Symposium: 8:00 AM–12:30 PM
Duties from the list above will be assigned upon arrival. Lunch and refreshments are provided for volunteers.
