The Duties of the Vice President/Chairman
(Sponsored board of Directors is position you will be required to donate to assist with the functioning on the organization)
1. In the absence of the President/CEO the Vice-President will perform the functions of the President/CEO.
2. The Vice President shall be responsible for writing annual reports for the organization and also keeping in touch with all the donors.
3. Strategize and plan events for fundraising for the organization.
4. The Chairperson will provide fair leadership, ensure the Management Committee functions properly, ensure the organization is managed effectively.
5. The Chairperson will provide support and supervision to the CEO.
