Book Event Leaders

BOOK Management:

• physically sorting books and boxing by grade levels
• cleaning used book covers (10% of inventory is used)
• updating inventory on digital spreadsheet (Google Sheets)
• updating resource with additional book information (grade level, description)
• sort and prepare book boxes for events
• post events, update information on books distributed, new contacts, etc.

Book Administration & Evaluation

• prepare forms to help manage events (contact form, book distro form, donation form and more)
• send surveys to youth/parents after events
• monitor and summarize survey feedback
• share information with website and social media lead
