If you’re organized, dependable, and want to make a meaningful impact in a calm, supportive environment, this role may be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

As an Administrative Volunteer, you’ll support our hospice team with essential office tasks, helping everything run smoothly so clinicians can focus on patient care. Responsibilities may include:

• Answering phones and greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Filing, scanning, and organizing documents
• Assisting with data entry and basic office projects
• Preparing packets or materials for staff and families
• Supporting the office team as needed

Who We’re Looking For

• Compassionate, respectful, and reliable individuals
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks (email, data entry, filing)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Previous office experience is helpful but not required
• A desire to support hospice care and serve the community
