Overview
- 3-5 years of experience planning/running meetings, conferences, trade shows, etc.
- Drive the overall planning process including leading the events team to ensure critical activities are managed effectively and on time (as identified in the attached event planning spreadsheet)
- Collaborate with other JerseySTEM volunteers to develop an event theme
- Guide designers in the creation of themed event graphics (event logo, signage, social media graphics, etc)
- Guide copywriters in the development of panel and moderator invitations, press releases, social media posts, etc.
- Drive the post-event survey and evaluation process
