We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual ready to commit the time and effort needed to become our next Short-Form Video Creator across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. If you live on these platforms, are eager to learn, and can dedicate the time, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Ideate & Create: Brainstorm and execute a high volume of engaging, on-trend videos (15-60 seconds) weekly.
• Rapid Adaptation: Monitor viral trends, sounds, and challenges, and quickly turn them into relevant content.
• Full Production Cycle: Manage the entire process from shooting footage (often on a mobile device) to final editing, posting, and optimizing across all three platforms.
• Learn & Grow: Be proactive in analyzing content performance and applying insights to constantly improve video quality and reach.

What We're Looking For (Motivation Over Experience):

• Motivation & Time Commitment: This is the most important part. You must have the time, drive, and enthusiasm to commit to a high-volume content schedule.
• Platform Fluency: You're a native user of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You understand what goes viral and why.
• Basic Technical Skills: You have access to a smartphone and know how to use basic in-app or simple editing tools (like CapCut) to add text, music, and graphics.
