Descripción
Statewide transporters transport wildlife in need from across the entire state of Nebraska, to our Baldwin Wildlife Center located in Omaha.
- Transporters do not need to be willing to transport across the entire state, any little bit towards our center in Omaha helps!
NWR's current COVID-19 policy requires all volunteers working around the animals (including transporters) to be COVID vaccinated with a vaccine/booster that has been received within the last 12 months. We have this policy due to certain species of wild animals we get in, like bobcats & mustelids, that can contract and die from COVID-19.
Volunteers must be over the age of 18, have proof of valid auto insurance and a valid driver's license. *NWR is currently unable to reimburse fuel/mileage.
