Volunteer Educational Consultant – Referral Role (Students & Tutors, Commission Incentive)

Join Shiva’s Tutorial as an Educational Consultant (EC) and help connect motivated students with our personalized tutoring programs. This is a volunteer role focused on making a real impact in education.

Responsibilities:

• Refer potential students to Shiva’s Tutorial 👩‍🎓👨‍🎓
• Track referrals and coordinate remotely with the team to ensure follow-ups 🗂️
• Attend brief orientation sessions for role guidance 🎓

Additional Details:

• This is a volunteer role with a referral commission (25% of first month fee) as a secondary incentive 💡
• ECs do not handle teaching, internal operations, or fee discussions; coordination is limited to tracking referrals and updates 📱
