Grace House Community Centre(GHCC) teaches English and general education to 175 children from the local villages who otherwise would not be able to learn English. As a classroom assistant volunteer, you will work alongside a local teacher to deliver the English language programme and lead other lessons that open up the children's eyes to art, music, sport and the world around us. Programmes are provided and the teachers really enjoy having support in the classroom. Teaching experience is welcomed but not essential.
You need to:
Enjoy working with children
Be flexible
Work as a team
Understand the importance of Child Protection
You will be responsible for organising your own travel arrangements, accomodation and food.
