Financial Analyst & Strategist

WSPEC, a global non-profit, is accelerating the realization of a space elevator through targeted STEAM competitions. We are looking for a strategic financial analyst & planner to map the financial future of our organization. You track where the money goes and help us figure out how to grow it. You will build financial models for our competitions ensure our mission is sustainable.

What You'll Do:

• Develop detailed financial models and forecasts for our global competitions, events, and operational growth.
• Analyze our current business model and create a strategic plan to maximize funding efficiency and long-term stability.
• Oversee the organization's financial health, managing the day-to-day books, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure the organization maintains robust financial policies and complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• Professional experience in finance, accounting, or business strategy, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Ability to translate numbers into actionable business strategies.
• A genuine passion for space exploration, technology, and STEAM education
