Volunteer Salesforce Integration Support Developer

Help connect Salesforce with Army Pink’s fundraising and organizational systems

Army Pink is looking for a volunteer developer with Salesforce integration and API experience to support our existing Salesforce implementation.

You’ll work alongside our Salesforce developer, helping with integrations, data mapping, testing, and troubleshooting. This is a support role, so you do not need to take ownership of the entire Salesforce project.

What You’ll Help With

• Support integrations between Salesforce, Givebutter, and other systems
• Review and help troubleshoot API connections
• Assist with data mapping between systems
• Help test incoming fundraising transactions
• Troubleshoot integration issues
• Support Salesforce configuration related to integrations
• Help document workflows and technical decisions
• Work with our existing Salesforce developer and project team

Skills We’re Looking For

• Salesforce development or administration experience
• Experience with Salesforce APIs/integrations
• Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
• Experience working with data mapping and system integrations
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• n8n experience is helpful but not required

Time Commitment

Flexible volunteer commitment. We’re looking for someone who can provide hands-on technical support as we complete the integration work.

You will be working with an existing Salesforce developer and team, so you do not need to be responsible for the entire Salesforce implementation.
