Descripción
Provide an act of kindness for the family caregivers in a home setting. Provide a short break for the caregiver(s) to attend church, medical appointments, run errands, go grocery shopping, get a hair cut, take a nap or another "taking care of yourself" activity. Volunteers will not be asked or expected to do any type of hands-on caregiving while sitting with the patient.
