Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory of clothing, accessories, and supplies to ensure ongoing readiness.
- Coordinate and oversee the setup, sorting, and restocking of donated items.
- Schedule and manage volunteer shifts and student appointments efficiently.
- Ensure the space remains clean, welcoming, and fully functional for all visitors.
Expectations:
- Maintain accurate timely records of donations and inventory to support efficient operations.
- Communicate consistently and proactively with the Closet Chair and Reading Connections staff.
- Model professionalism, respect, inclusivity in all interactions with volunteers and students
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking, communication, and scheduling.
- Leadership or management experience preferred, with ability to guide and support individuals in a collaborative environment.
