Role Description:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Location Scout to assist in identifying ideal locations for our wellness hubs. The Location Scout will research, assess, and recommend potential sites in Dallas, Texas, ensuring they align with our mission and operational needs. This volunteer position plays a critical role in helping us expand our reach and bring essential wellness services to communities in need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify suitable locations for wellness hubs based on accessibility, community needs, and feasibility.
• Conduct site visits and/or coordinate with local contacts to assess potential locations.
• Gather and analyze data on zoning regulations, property availability, and costs.
• Collaborate with our research team to align site selection with community wellness needs.
• Provide reports and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Engage with local stakeholders, property owners, and community organizations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with urban planning, real estate, or community development is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
• Passion for mental health advocacy and community wellness.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Dallas, TX.
