Role Description

We are seeking a Vice Chair to support the Board Chair and help ensure strong governance, continuity, and collaboration within the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

• Help facilitate board meetings as needed
• Participate in planning and governance discussions
• Assist the Chair with duties as requested

Requirements

• Leadership or board experience preferred
• Collaborative and organized approach
• Commitment to Spectrum’s mission of providing affordable mental health services to the LGBT community
