Purpose-Driven YouTube Content Creator (Shorts & Growth Specialist)

Light Heart Vision is a heart-led community project focused on connection, community, and co-creation. Through our podcast (The LHV Pod), we host conversations with people around the world on topics such as conscious living, parenting, personal growth, education, and human connection.

We’ve recorded over 140 podcast episodes in a short 5 months—but our reach has not yet caught up to the depth of content we’ve produced. We are now looking to expand our visibility and share these conversations more widely.

We are seeking a YouTube-focused volunteer who is experienced in creating engaging short-form content and understands how to grow a channel through strategy, storytelling, and optimization.

This role involves identifying powerful moments from our long-form podcast episodes and turning them into compelling YouTube Shorts (and other social media content), as well as supporting channel growth through SEO optimization.

This is an opportunity to be part of a meaningful, purpose-driven project while helping impactful conversations reach the people who need them most.

Responsibilities

• Watch/listen to podcast episodes and identify impactful moments
• Create engaging YouTube Shorts from long-form content
• Optimize titles, captions, and keywords (SEO)
• Support overall YouTube channel growth strategy
• Repurpose content for Instagram Reels / TikTok

Qualifications

• Experience creating YouTube Shorts or short-form video content
• Understanding of YouTube growth, SEO, and audience engagement
• Strong sense of storytelling and what captures attention
• Interest in meaningful conversations and purpose-driven content
• Self-motivated, reliable, and communicative
