For over 30 years, Women’s Bean Project has been helping women break the cycle of chronic unemployment and poverty. Through transitional employment in our food manufacturing business, we provide job training, wraparound support, and the skills women need to create lasting self-sufficiency. We are seeking passionate, committed leaders to join our Board of Directors. As a board member, you will help guide the strategic vision, ensure financial health, and champion the mission of Women’s Bean Project in the community and beyond. You will work alongside a diverse group of professionals who believe in the power of economic opportunity to transform lives.
