    Description

    About Women’s Bean Project

For over 30 years, Women’s Bean Project has been helping women break the cycle of chronic unemployment and poverty. Through transitional employment in our food manufacturing business, we provide job training, wraparound support, and the skills women need to create lasting self-sufficiency. Every purchase of our products fuels our mission-and every board member helps shape our impact.

    The Opportunity

We are seeking passionate, committed leaders to join our Board of Directors. As a board member, you will help guide the strategic vision, ensure financial health, and champion the mission of Women’s Bean Project in the community and beyond. You will work alongside a diverse group of professionals who believe in the power of economic opportunity to transform lives.

    What We’re Looking For

We are especially interested in individuals with expertise in financial management, financial strategy, budget analysis, and fund development.
