Descripción
We’re looking for a warm, friendly volunteer to support simple front desk activities on Saturdays between 10 am and 2 pm. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys greeting people, helping with light administrative tasks, and being part of a mission‑driven environment—without a heavy workload.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome participants as they arrive
- Check individuals into our electronic health record (EHR) system
- Take basic scheduling notes or relay simple messages
- Send end‑of‑day information to administrative staff for follow‑up during weekday business hours
What to Expect: This is a low‑intensity volunteer role with natural downtime throughout the day. During quieter moments, volunteers are welcome to read, work on their laptop, or enjoy other quiet personal activities on site.
