TA Partner (Volunteer Role)

Role Description

This is a 100 percent remote volunteer role for a TA Partner. The person will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, managing the recruitment process end-to-end, developing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders and managing the recruiting database, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Talent Partner will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Sourcing, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition skills
• Relationship Management and Networking. Interpersonal skills along with data skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in non-profit or volunteer-based organizations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
