Human Resource Manager

GoWithFund is seeking a passionate and dedicated Human Resources Volunteer to support our vital mission of empowering communities through sustainable development initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
• Maintain and update volunteer records and databases.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and volunteer engagement activities.
• Contribute to creating a positive and supportive volunteer experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• A degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for community development and GoWithFund’s mission.
