    GoWithFund is seeking a passionate and dedicated Human Resources Volunteer to support our vital mission of empowering communities through sustainable development initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring HR professional or someone looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic NGO environment.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.
    • Maintain and update volunteer records and databases.
    • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist in organizing training sessions and volunteer engagement activities.
    • Contribute to creating a positive and supportive volunteer experience.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • A degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Passion for community development and GoWithFund’s mission.
