Event Details

Date: Saturday, October 4

Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Location: Mission Bay Conference Center, San Francisco

Doors Open (Public): 9:30 AM

Volunteer Shifts Available

Shift A: 7:30 AM – 9 AM

Tasks: Set-Up + Early Marketplace Support

• Set up tables, decorations, and banners
• Prepare booths for conservationists

Shift B: 9 AM – 1:15 PM

Tasks: Marketplace Booth Management (Morning)

• Support conservationists at booths
• Assist guests as the marketplace opens at 9:30 AM
  • By taking merchandise orders and writing receipts for guests.

Shift C: 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM

Tasks: Marketplace Booth Management (Afternoon)

• Continue assisting with booths and merchandise
• Support end-of-day sales
• Lightly begin packing near end of shift

Shift D: 4:15 PM – 6:00 PM

Tasks: Tear-Down

• Take down banners and decorations
• Fold and collect tablecloths
• Pack merchandise and restore the venue

Full-Day Shift Option: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Want to be involved all day? We’d love to have you! This shift includes setup, booth management, and tear-down. We’ll make sure you get breaks, lunch, and support throughout the day.

We’ll provide snacks all day, scheduled breaks, and lunch for all volunteers!
