Paraklet Inc. is a women‑ and youth‑focused nonprofit scaling its operations to meet growing donor opportunities. We urgently need a Program Coordinator to support implementation and coordination. This role is for individuals committed to contributing 5–10 hours/week to meaningful, long‑term impact — not for those seeking immediate financial gain. Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and scheduling of program activities
- Coordinate communication with field teams
- Maintain program documentation
- Lead logistics and reporting (Part‑Time/Consultant)
Compensation Options
- Volunteer: 5–10 hrs/week
- Part‑Time: Stipend
- Consultant/Percentage: Paid through program management budget lines
