    Descripción

In Prince George’s County, 21% of residents are born outside the U.S. and in approximately 22% of our cases, English proficiency for the child or parent is a barrier that we are not currently fully addressing. CASA is looking for Spanish-speaking volunteers to advocate for abused and neglected children in cases where the child and/or family have Limited English Proficiency. #ChangeaChildsStory. Help a Child. Become a CASA Volunteer!

Apply now for our next Pre-Service Training session which begins in January.

It is known that incidences of abuse and neglect increase during disasters. You can support the 300 youth in foster care who still need an advocate for their best interests. We are recruiting and training online. New CASA volunteers will have the opportunity to begin mentoring and advocating remotely.
