The YouTube Content Creator is the lead visual storyteller for Transition Trails. This role involves producing high-quality video content that educates our audience, showcases our community impact, and boosts our global visibility. You will be responsible for the entire video lifecycle—from conceptualization and scripting to filming and post-production—ensuring our YouTube channel serves as a professional and engaging resource for the movement.
Video Production: Create 1–2 high-quality videos per month (educational deep-dives, "day in the life" stories, or event recaps).
YouTube Shorts: Repurpose long-form content into engaging 60-second Shorts to capture mobile viewership.
SEO & Optimization: Write compelling titles, descriptions, and tags; design eye-catching thumbnails to maximize click-through rates.
Channel Management: Organize playlists, manage community tab posts, and respond to viewer comments.
Scripting: Collaborate with leadership to draft scripts that are informative, accurate, and aligned with our mission.
