Adoptable Dog Listings Coordinator (Remote)

Passion for Pitties Rescue is seeking a dedicated volunteer to manage our RescueGroups.org account.

As our Adoptable Dog Listings Coordinator you will be responsible for keeping our dog listings accurate, up to date, and engaging for potential adopters. This role plays a vital part in helping dogs find loving forever homes.

Responsibilities:

• Upload new adoptable dogs to our RescueGroups.org account page
• Add photos and videos for each dog
• Post and update dog biographies and adoption information
• Maintain accurate records and ensure listings remain current
• Update dog status changes, including adoptions and new arrivals
• Work with our foster and adoption teams to gather information as needed

Qualifications:

• Comfortable using online databases and websites
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Good written communication skills
• Passion for animal welfare and rescue work
• Previous experience with RescueGroups.org is helpful but not required; training will be provided

Time Commitment:

Approximately 2–5 hours per week.

Location:

Remote. Volunteers may work from anywhere within the United States.

By helping maintain our adoption listings, you will directly support our mission of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs in need. Every accurate listing brings a dog one step closer to finding a forever family.
