GOOD DRIVER? We Need Your Help!

Deliver and pick up packed blood boxes and supplies on designated routes leaving and returning to our MATHER (Sacramento/Rancho Cordova area) lab driving a Vitalant company vehicle. Friendly, courteous, dependable volunteers with great customer service skills are needed to support Hospital Services and the hospitals we serve.

Must have a valid CA driver’s license and a good driving record and be at least 25 years old for this volunteer opportunity. You will drive a Vitalant vehicle.

Volunteer for one route per week. Routes are set times 6 days a week from approximately 10:30 am-4 pm. Weekend routes are later in the day.

Work independently once trained.

Make an impact on the community by helping patients in need.

Leaving from and returning to the lab at MATHER (Rancho Cordova, CA).

Please note that volunteers are not allowed to perform regulated tasks, so there is no practical clinical experience available. Volunteering in no way gives you an edge for employment. Not available for Court ordered/appointed Community Services.
