Client Coordinator Volunteer

Commitment: Approximately 5 hours/week

Location: Washington, D.C. (hybrid: some in-person + remote flexibility)

About Food For All

Food For All’s mission is to provide food assistance to people who are food insecure, offer meaningful civic engagement for volunteers, and build bonds of solidarity with like-minded organizations in the Washington, D.C. region.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule clients for grocery deliveries
• Respond to voicemails and follow up with clients
• Check in with clients and build ongoing relationships
• Help ensure smooth coordination of weekly deliveries

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, friendly, and reliable communicator
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer service and/or phone experience preferred
• Ideally Friday mornings in-person on-site (additional hours can be completed remotely including Saturdays)
• Schedule can be adjusted based on availability
