People & Recruitment Assistant – Brazil

Join Eco Caminhos, an international eco farm and regenerative education project in the mountains of Rio de Janeiro.

We are looking for a People and Recruitment Assistant to help us find, interview, select and prepare the right people to join our international community.

What will you do?

• Post volunteer, internship and job opportunities
• Manage applications and candidate communication
• Conduct online interviews and support the selection process
• Evaluate candidates according to the needs of each program
• Prepare participants for their arrival
• Manage documentation, payments and deposits
• Update recruitment manuals and procedures

Who are we looking for?

Someone who is organized, proactive, reliable and great with people, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes independently.

Requirements

• Advanced English and Portuguese
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
• Experience in recruitment, HR, administration, hospitality or volunteer coordination is a plus
