You've spent years building brands and moving people to act. This is a chance to point that experience at something rare: helping a child hear their mother's voice for the first time, or take their first steps on a 3D-printed leg.

About 3DP4ME

We're a nonprofit in Amman, Jordan using 3D printing to deliver custom hearing aids and lower-limb prosthetics to underserved children and families across Jordan and Syria. The model works: 88% of children fitted through our Hearing Express program still use their devices, and our all-in cost per child is a fraction of traditional care. What we need now is help telling that story.

What you'd do

Work directly with our communications and fundraising lead as a volunteer advisor and hands-on partner across:

• Storytelling — turning clinical outcomes and 3D-printing innovation into human stories donors, partners, and media can't ignore.
• Brand strategy — sharpening our voice, visual identity, and how our two programs (Hearing Express and Step by Step) live under one brand.
• Impact reporting — turning results into narratives that build donor and funder trust.
• Copywriting pro — advising on our major growth fund, corporate partnerships, and individual giving.
• Public relations — Helping us build media relationships, craft press-worthy stories, and raise 3DP4ME's profile with journalists, industry outlets, and thought leaders — regionally and internationally.

Who we're looking for

• 10–12 years in marketing, brand, or communications, ideally at a senior level.
• A generous mentor who enjoys both strategic advising and occasional hands-on work.
• Comfortable working remotely with a small, mission-driven team across time zones.
• Nonprofit experience is a plus, not a requirement.
