Do you love field data and the human stories behind it? As our Program Manager, you'll follow our four core programs closely and help turn statistics into stories our supporters can connect with. Your work will directly impact how well leadership and donors understand our real-world impact. Join us and be part of something truly meaningful.
About the Role
Connect the data to the story. Follow our four core programs closely — health and nutrition, livelihood enrichment, educational assistance, and evangelism — and help turn field statistics into the impact stories our supporters need to see.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with field teams on progress across all four programs.
- Collect and organize field statistics — beneficiaries, outcomes, distributions.
- Flag risks, delays, or gaps in program delivery to leadership.
- Gather impact stories, testimonials, and photos from the field.
- Hand stories and stats to Marketing to help tell our story well.
Ideal Skills
- Comfortable with both spreadsheets and storytelling.
- Reliable follow-through, including across time zones.
- An eye for the story behind the numbers.
- Passion for seeing, firsthand, how programs create real impact.
