About the Role

Connect the data to the story. Follow our four core programs closely — health and nutrition, livelihood enrichment, educational assistance, and evangelism — and help turn field statistics into the impact stories our supporters need to see.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with field teams on progress across all four programs.
• Collect and organize field statistics — beneficiaries, outcomes, distributions.
• Flag risks, delays, or gaps in program delivery to leadership.
• Gather impact stories, testimonials, and photos from the field.
• Hand stories and stats to Marketing to help tell our story well.

Ideal Skills

• Comfortable with both spreadsheets and storytelling.
• Reliable follow-through, including across time zones.
• An eye for the story behind the numbers.
• Passion for seeing, firsthand, how programs create real impact.
